This is so easy, you’re going to cry.
Buy two cans of this Herdez Salsa Verde and a pound and a half of stew beef. You can substitute 14oz of any canned salsa verde, but not jarred, because it’s obscenely more costly and doesn’t taste as good (trufax!)
Throw in crock pot.
5 hours on high, 10 hours on low.
Serve with rice and beans, or wrapped in wheat flour tortillas with the extra salsa verde over the top of the burrito.
