Obviously I’m not clear on the concept…

Made some ramen today.

Instead of water, though, I rehydrated it with the chicken stock in process on the stove.

    Hey, that’s the way I make my ramen at home, unless I’m having special bought-at-an-asian-market ramen. I love ramen and I really prefer the flavor of broth or stock and being able to better control the sodium content rather than using the enclosed flavor packet.
