Need a recipe for pickling fiddlehead ferns.

    Mary, just use any pickling recipe you like. They won’t need to be cooked as long because they aren’t as “dense” as, say, cucumbers. Look for a recipe for jardiniere (pickled mixed vegetables) or pickled asparagus. Good luck!
